Adzuki beans are small and red, with a slightly sweet and nutty flavour. They have a lovely flavour of thier own, so don’t require additional spices. Use them to add plant-based goodness to soups, salads and curries. They can even be used in desserts, giving a fudge-like consistency to brownies.
